Terms & Conditions

A few things to keep in mind: 

  • Any books you reserve will be ordered specifically for you, and you will be held responsible for payment.

BE MINDFUL OF FOC CUT OFF DATES: 

* League will show the FOC date as Wednesday, it is NOT. We have to have our order finalized by Monday of that week. Please have all pulls submitted by Sunday before the listed FOC date.

* Any books added after Sunday, will not be guarenteed, as our order has already been submitted. If you do add something late, please contact us and let us know!

* Books may be removed from the pull list until they are marked ordered. Once we mark them ordered, you will be resposible for them. 

 

Key Terms & Conditions 

  • Initial Communication: We have several customers both online, and in store. When a new name appears on our pull list for approval, please keep in mind, we may not recognize it. We will require you to stop in or make contact with us via phone, e-mail, or social media before we start your pull box. 
  • Pickup Frequency & Deadlines: We require you to clear your box at least once a month unless other arrangements are made in advance. Please keep us updated on how often you will be picking up your pulls. If your box goes uncollected without communication from you for over 30 days, we will give you a warning call and if we are unable to reach you, your books will be put back on the shelf and your pull list will be terminated. 
  • Financial Obligation: Because the shop uses your pull list to determine how many copies to order from the distributor, you are financially obligated to pay for the books you reserve. You will be required to clear your pull bin before asking for other books to be held from the store shelves. The pull list is exclusively for books you intend to order and pick up, it is not a “wish list.”
  • Cancellation Policies: If you decide to drop books, or a series, changes are required before the distributor's FOC (Final Order Cutoff). If you cancel any items, you will still be expected to purchase the upcoming issues already ordered on your behalf. We expect that you maintain and check your pull list status regularly. We will mark the status of the books when they have been ordered, ready for pick-up, unavailable, and completed. You will be responsible for payment on any books that are dropped or removed after they have been marked as ordered. 
  • Minimum Title Counts: To prevent placing orders for just one or two books, there will be a minimum of 3 or more ongoing titles required on your list to keep a pull box open. 
  • Variants & Special Covers: Open order covers will be readily available to order, but incentive variants come with special rules and higher price tags .We have to purchase bulk copies in order to get a ratio. Ratios and incentive variants are not guaranteed, but we encourage you to pull them anyways if you are interested. Retailer and web store exclusives are usually unavailable for us to order.
